P1R31FE30 - 003 : Varianti rispetto a P17.042.1

Have been moved two existing parameters and included two new parameters in the setup page generic.

There is a new setup page for the A axis:

Min A angle rad 0 0.0 ÷ 9.99999 It is the minimun angle for axis A. If the A position is less than this angle, the cut will not be done.

There is a new feature allow on each manual page.

When you touch on the next button, it will toggle on one of the next picture. The meaning is the next:

butt_60x60_z_interp_on.jpg By the Z joystick activation, the machine move the three XYZ axis in according of the A and C positions. So it will be a cut direction displacement.

There is a new work allow from the execution menu page. It is “Rectangle”:

There are the next work parameters:

mm 0 ÷ 99999.9 W and H are the rectangle dimensions. These are the dimensions on the upper surface of the slab. The software processes the cut position in according to the saw thickness and tilting.
- - For each edge of the rectangle you have to set the angle orientation. Touch on the icon, press the button to select the right icon and then press . As you can see from the icons, the tilting can be towards the inside or towards the outside of the rectangle.
A ° 10.0 ÷ 90.0 The operator has to insert the tilting angle for each edges, even for vertical cut (90°).
- - The operator can enable or disable each edges of the rectangle. He has to just touch the
mm 0 ÷ 99999.9 The operator has to insert the slab thickness.
mm -99999.9 ÷ 99999.9 It is possible to apply a correction of the start quote of the cut.
mm -99999.9 ÷ 99999.9 It is possible to apply a correction of the end quote of the cut.
