Description :
The output (Q) of the function block TV is at one when the activation input (IN) is at one. The output (Q) is reset when the set input, relative to the pulse length of time, is passed completely or when the reset input (R) passes to one.
The timing is not influenced if the input (IN) from the logic state one passes to the logic state zero (self maintaining).
If it is verified that a next change of state on the input (IN) from zero to one during the timing, the timer is restarted with the value of the nominal time: restarting.
